One to One sessions from the comfort of your home
One-to-One sessions are 60+ minutes video calls in which the coach helps you 100% remotely. One-to-one means the coach is entirely focused on you. Your goals, your pace, your progress, session after session. When things don’t go as planned, we don’t call it failure. We call it data for the next step.

Why Choose One to One Coaching?
It’s Built Around You
This isn’t a program or formula. We connect when you want, wherever you are, and we work with your real goals, your pace and your style.
Move Faster by Getting Clearer
You could spend years figuring it out alone, or make real progress in much less time with the right support and structure.
You Don’t Have to Do It Alone
I’ll bring in tools and perspectives that have worked for others in your shoes, help you tailor them to your own needs and I’ll be there in your corner, between sessions, to help you stay on track.
What clients experience
Clarity
Finally see what’s really going on that is stopping you, what matters most to get unstuck and how to create change in your own unique situation.
Capability
Build tools and habits you’ll use long after coaching ends. Working with these tools between sessions creates efficiency and makes you better at what you do.
Consistency
Stop starting over, learn from past experiences and identify the right tools to create sustainable habits to overcome the seasonal struggles we all face.
Confidence and iteration
Trust yourself to take action, even when it’s hard. If it doesn’t work, reset and try again. There is no failure, there is only “not the right way yet.”
The Coaching Process
We don’t always need therapy when we want to work and improve ourselves. Sometimes we need a much more practical approach to help us find our north, focus on what we can change, and do something about it. Or maybe we tried therapy and it’s not enough for the journey we are on. That’s where coaching can come in.
Coaching and therapy serve different purposes: coaching focuses on helping you move forward toward your goals through practical action, while therapy addresses mental health concerns, psychological suffering, past traumas and more.
I’ll always refer you to appropriate mental health professionals if needed, it’s part of my ethical commitment to my clients. If you’re not sure which type of support you need, I can help you understand that too.
