About Me

From a burnout to Coaching

Stress and indecision have been a huge obstacle in my career. Then they became the catalyst for everything I do today.

I learned that lasting change doesn’t come from someone else’s advice. It comes from asking yourself the right questions, focusing on the right priorities and learning how to see the patterns and assumptions that keep getting in your way. I know the kind of struggles that hold people back because I’ve been through them myself. My job is helping you turn those struggles into turning points.

I treat my clients the way I wish I had been supported: with the right questions, the right space and zero judgment. I work remotely with clients in Italy, Chile, the USA and beyond, in English, Italian, and Spanish (plenty of Spanglish and Itañol too).

My professional journey

My journey into coaching wasn’t linear. I spent 15+ years working in sales, marketing, and customer experience, across startups and traditional companies, in both hands-on and leadership roles. I’ve felt the buzz of a new idea, the sting of failure, the chaos of rapid growth. I’ve dealt with cycles of motivation and self-doubt, with perfectionism leading to procrastination, and that sense that I could achieve more if I overcome certain internal barriers.

What changed everything was discovering Non-Directive coaching after a severe burnout. My last corporate job pushed me into a place I didn’t want to be. I had to hit reset, learn from the mess, and find a new way forward. Coaching helped me get clear on what mattered, set real priorities, and take the right next steps one at a time. Most importantly, the experience made me realize I wanted to help others do the same.

Today I work remotely, traveling between countries or from my countryside house in Chile, living the life I want, the way I want. What do you want? What’s stopping you from reaching it?

My Coaching Credentials

My whole professional career led me to master the tools I use today. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from the UNiversity of Urbino and a master’s degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Florence, both in Italy. For over 20 years I’ve studied how language shapes our reality and impacts both personal and professional growth.

Today my coaching practice is grounded in proven methods and professional ethics. I’m a Certified Life Coach with the ICF-accredited Universal Coaching Institute and I have a Certification in Transformational Coaching with the BBB-accredited Transformation Academy. I’m also an iGNLP™ Certified Neuro-Linguistic-Programming Practitioner. I strictly adhere to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics in my practice.

My Coaching Philosophy

Coaching shouldn’t be about cheap advice or feel-good talk. My approach is based on how language and thought patterns shape the way we act and what we think is possible. This helps clients uncover and shift the invisible limits that they didn’t even realize were there. My focus is on results. Each session ends with a clear list of practical steps you can implement right away.

Curious about what you’re really capable of? Let’s talk and see what becomes possible when you stop getting in your own way.
